Media representatives may contact CATSA’s media relations team at media@catsa.gc.ca.

Enquiries received outside of regular business hours (8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. EST, Monday to Friday, except statutory holidays) will be reviewed and responded to on the next business day.

To help us respond promptly, please include the following in your email:

• The subject of your inquiry and any specific questions for CATSA;
• The name of the media outlet you are writing for (or the intended outlet of publication if you are a freelance journalist); and
• Your deadline or the scheduled date and time of publication or broadcast.
