Underwater diving lamps: May be permitted in checked baggage if approved by air carrier.
Walking stick/poles (i.e. Nordic walking equipment) are not permitted through the security checkpoint. The only exception to this is if the walking stick/pole is being used as a mobility aid (i.e. in place of a cane). A Screening Officer will inspect the stick as part of the screening process. If you are not able to walk through the metal detector unassisted, the Screening Officer will offer you a courtesy non-metallic cane (for temporary use for this purpose only).
Weights (such as dumbbells or other fitness & aerobic weights): Contact your air carrier for more information on size, weight and quantity limits for carry-on and checked baggage. Certain powders and granular materials in your carry-on are limited to a total quantity of 350 ml or less (roughly the size of a soda can).
Whips: Permitted in both carry-on and checked baggage.
White gas: This item is not permitted in carry-on baggage and it is not permitted in checked baggage.
